I called Experian to put a fraud alert on my account. I have several phones at my house. I used a phone registered by my wife. That afternoon my wifes credit card was charged 39.99 by CIC CE, an Experian company.

Plausible denyabilty I guess. I am filing a police report. The only way to account for this is that by using an 800 number, they can see the phone number even if you have it blocked. Using an automated system they find a credit card belonging to that person who registered the phone number. Then when they fraudulently charge your card you are left explaining how you did call them but never ordered what ever the 39.99 charge was for.

Just one problem, it's not my credit card. These guys are really bad and they are connected. In order to pull this off, you need an evil mind, Database SQL programmers, probably JAVA front end, if the operator is even involved. We really need some regulation.
