my daughter and her 3 sons and i went to chilis to night and tosay the least they were not buisy when we arived .we were seated and after that it was a night that i hope i never have to repeat in a resturant the chocolate milk had very little chocolate in it the waitress took over 20 minutes to come take our order then the coffee was cold and she did not return for over 15 minutes we had to send someone else after her. we finallly got some warm coffee we waited for 45 minutes on our order and still no service no food we asked to speak to the manager three times and got no results. we finally after over an hour and a half of waiting for our food on a week night decided to leave i couldnot even get the attention of any one to check on paying for our drinks so i went to the bar tender and ask how much i owed for a cold cup of coffee and a glass of tea with no refills and three small kid glasses of milk sense i could not get any food and noone would get the manager for us . the bar tender went and got the manager finally by now its after 930 pm on a school night shesaid that we didnt owe for the drinks but i just wanted to make sure as we left i saw one of the people that was suposed to be waiting on us over in a booth by the bar drinking a beer. i thought to my self buisness must be really booming if the help can afford to sit around and drink beer and not wait on the customers it must be nice. especially the way the economy is going these days. needless to say we went to wendys and got our food in less than 4 minutes. we wont frequent a chilis again if you decided to eat there i hope your experience is better than ours was .
