I was a recent employee of CELLULAR EXPRESS PLUS and Jacob Mullins for the past year and 8 months. I worked my tail off for these jerks, never called in I exceeded all my sales goals and then some. When there was an employee that called in I was the first one they called and the first one to come in. But I must let you know like a lot of other individuals that have posted complaints on various sites my fraudelent features were not up to par. As a manager I was trained to put as many features that we could on customers accounts without their knowledge. What CEP and Mr Mullins dont comprehend is that these customers come back when they receive their wireless bill and want an explanation to how thes fraudelent features were ever added. The sorry excuses they train us on do not work. There was a couple of instances that the customer was so irrate after customer service would not credit their account that I would just give them cash out of my own pocket and of course I would never see again. The reason for this complaint is DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. CELLULAR EXPRESS PLUS AND JACOB MULLINS ARE CHEATS AND LIARS. Just look on the web for CELLULAR EXPRESS PLUS and Jacob Mullins under fraud. Truth always prevails.
