These guys are crooks. They pull your credit claiming that its only a "soft pull" and its a HARD PULL that hits your score tremendously. They also pull it four or five times, for what? They don't make you a fair offer on your trade and there vehicles are overpriced. I found way better deals at other dealerships. They're service department is run by this skinny little geek that causes so much frustration because he is so disgusted with his life as a looser. He really gives the place a bad name. You can't trust this geek to wash your windshield, never the less repair your car. He blames everything on "Not being able to duplicate the problem." He is the problem! These guys need to clean house. That Jim Brindley is the biggest con-artist of all.
