Brett Ingram![]() Navigation: Main page Author: Michael I purchased a subscription to two of this companies products around December of 2009 or January of 2010. I subsequently decided to cancel these subscriptions around March or April. When I went to do so I found that there was no mechanism to unsubscribe to their services. I have made several attempts to contact them via email to which I got no reply./ I next tried to submit a ticket and found that it was virtually impossible to navigate their system. I have left several messages via an off line system to which I have never received even an acknowledgment of my request. I finally contacted my credit card company and requested that they no longer honor any claims from Think Big Publications.
