Back in apirl i recieved a call from body leanhealth products asking me if i would be interested in tryin there product for a one time charge of 1.95 ONLY NO OTHER CHARGE WILL ACCURE.they said that once i receive product i was to take the vitaims fo aleast 5 to 10 days then call them back to take the survey.Well needless to say they had witdrew money from my bank for the 1.95 the day we spoke .Then it just didnt seem right so i went to my bank tomake sure no other withdrawals would accure ,to find out they had managed to make to large withdrawals befor ever getting the product. so I quickly canceled my debit card to get a new one so they didnt get anymore of my money !!!! i went home and called BODY LEAN HEALTH PRODUCTS AND SPOKE TO ( MELODY) SHE apologized for the miss comuniction from the person who called me at first. therfor she explained to me the steps i needed to take in order for me to get my money back. WELL i kept in teach this person weekly ,then my patience was running thin 2 and ahalf months later nothing was getting solve ,even after i returned the productto them as they ask me to do to get my money back, to find out that the company was not answering the phone then the line was out of service .i filed a Dispute with BBB BUREAU OF UTAH TO FIND THAT THEY refered the company to be NewGen Ventures with that same address that i give them for BODY LEAN HEALTH PRODUCTS. SO as of 5 months later I'm still out 300 hunderd dollars . I have taken all actions that i can with BBB that they ask , so now what ,i need my money NOW PLEASE!!!!!!
