Because it is rigged to drive up the number of bids - typically .60 cents per bid. on bidblink - check this out. Someone actually paid 350.00 for a gift card for $50. http:www.bidblink.com/auctions/1565-target-gift-card-50 -copy this & paste into browser and see for yourself. I have noticed equally dubious activity on Bidhere.com -- someone paid 4,000.00 in bids for a computer that was listed at retail 1,800.00; and the is suggested retail, we know that bidhere.com does not pay retail for it's items. I encourage anyone to post on this site about these so-called penny internet auctions on this site and any other scam sites. This is NOT entertainment shopping, it's a rip off.
