My 80 year old mother purchased a flat screen TV from the Best Buy in Orland Park Illinois. She paid $69.99 to have the TV deliver, installed and the old TV removed. When the men came to the house they said they could not remove the TV because it was mounted on the wall. They left the new TV in the box and returned to the store. My mother asked for a partial refund because they only delivered the TV and did not install it or remove the old TV. Best Buy refused to refund any of her money.

Nick the store manager (would not give his last name) was polite but refused to help.
