BDR Marine![]() Navigation: Main page Author: David Plourd He told me I had so many things wrong with my Cummins engines... and in fact, NOTHING had been wrong with them. I only figured that out after paying him $14000 in parts and labor. He failed to deliver over $3000 of those parts. His work was shoddy. I networked with other boaters from Dec, 2010--Aug, 2011, and I am glad to tell you that, as a result of my calling ecvery harbormaster, and networking with many other boaters (who had similar experiences with BDR Marine) he is now IN San Diego JAIL with 17 felony counts of fraud. I have spoken with Jeremy (the Harbor Police Officer in charge of this case). I have encouraged the officer to pursue further, so that once Jose Alfonso Gracia has completed his jail time, to report him to the IRS and through the San Diego Business and Corporate Licensing Authorities. I hope that these efforts will keep Mr Gracia from ever doing any more fraudulent, dishonest, and unnecessary boat work on ANY boat in San Diego - for a VERY LONG TIME
