Bachmans Floral![]() Navigation: Main page Author: Dan B I Had Placed An Order From This Company On 5/20/2010 Via Website To Have-A Large Premium Order Of Roses Delivered To My Girlfriend. Within A Few Minutes-Of Placing The Order, I Was Called Out Of State On An Emergency Basis, As I-Had Contacted The Company Named Herein To Cancel The Order Via Telephone- Within Minutes Of Receiving News Of My Emergency Departure That Evening.I Had No Further Concerns Of The Order I Had Effectively Canceled, However-I Had Received News From My Girlfriend Via E-Mail, The Flowers Were Delivered-To Her As Ordered Originally Upon Her Birthday (I Wanted To Be With Her When-The Roses Were Delivered For Obvious Reasons $$$$$$$.) I Knew Ahead Of-Time Upon Cancellation Of Order, I Wouldnt Be Able To Be With Her Upon Her-Birthday! (Main Purpose In Cancellation Of Order!) I Didnt See Any Pending Or-Current Charges Upon My Online Checking / Debit Account, Until Nearly 3 Months-Later, When I Was "Shocked" To See A Charge From Them Online Upon My-Checking / Debit Account For This Order I Had Cancelled, I Had Contacted The-Company Immediately To Question This Billing, As I Had Stated Of My Actions-Of Cancelling The Order Via Telephone, Within Minutes Of Originally Placing It! After Several E-Mails With The Companies Customer Service Individual, I Have-Politely Requested This Amount Credited Back To My Account, In Which I Have-Heard Nor Seen Any Actions Or Efforts Upon There Part To Fulfill My Request-And I Am Reluctant To File Another Claim To My Bank, As Ive Recently Reported-Fraudulent Charges Upon My Card Account And The Aftermath Of Such Has-Caused My Personal And Professional Life, As To Travel Without A Card, While-The Bank Is Sending A New One, And The Additional Wait For A Seperate PIN-Via Mail. This Charge Had Also Caused My Account To Overdraft Costing-Myself An Additional $35.00
