Atlas Voip / Think Simplicity Refused to refund my refundable deposit-Toronto Ontario Navigation: Main page Author: Homerj I contracted VOIP service with Atlas Voice (now called Think Simplicity). I used their service for one full year. At the start of service I paid a refundable deposit to receive an ATA hardware device required to use the service. Upon cancellation of my service I sent the company back their hardware device. They confirmed receipt of the device but stated it took me too long to return the device and refused to refund my deposit. I cancelled my service in mid October 2007 (after 10 Oct 2007) and returned the ATA device on 16 Nov 2007. Despite repeated attempts to get my money they refused. BEWARE!
