I was a former tenant of 604 mellon street se,the worst mistake i ever made,the apartment walls were paper thin and the floors cracked and squeeked every time,i couldnt get any peace and quite with noisey tenants and harrassing land lord disturbing me,complaints and disputes went on back and forward with me,other tenants and the land lord,the land lord unfairly raised my rent for an apartment that kept giving me problems,than he took me to court and charged me court expenses,after i moved out the land lord charged me a whole month rent for 5 days,never refunded my security deposit and had my bank account garnished for increased rent,court cost and late fees i did not agree to,i sufferd heavy financil lost and damages that whene i tried to apply for other housing i was disqualified and rejected from other apartments living at 604 mellon street se ruined my financil status
