I had an account with Allstate Merchant Services that I closed on June 3, 2010. A month later they withdrew $25.00 for minimum activity and $99.00 for PCI compliance fee (throughout my relationship with them I had to call very often to complaint about various weird fees that were refunded). I called them and was bounced from one line to another only to hear that they never received the cancellation email. I sent a copy of said cancellation email to various persons and finally was put in touch with Karima Miranda who's been trying to get the refunds made unsuccessfully.
