I ordered $93.79 worth of hair care products. My credit card was billed immediately which was suspicious since most reputable businesses don't charge until they ship. I began calling and emailing AllStateBeauty.com daily regarding my order. There has been no response. When you call, no matter what option you choose, you get an answering machine. When you email there is never a response. I started Googling AllStateBeauty.com and found a number of sites and fraudulent complaints. This is when I truly realized that this is not a legitimate business operation. I encourage all of you that have been charged for items that you haven't received to do the following (which I have already done):

File complaints with: NY Attorney General's office (Brooklyn division) http://www.oag.state.ny.us/bureaus/consumer_frauds/filing_a_consumer_complaint.html

File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Brooklyn NY.

File a police report with the Brooklyn precinct.

If you paid by credit card, file a fraud complaint with your credit card company, and most importantly CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD and order a new one with a new number.

Otherwise you are at risk of additional fraudulent charges.
