i phoned BMW Customer services on the 19 Dec 2011 about the matter & i was advised to take the car to dealer to verify(which i did on the same day) & i would be given feedback on the 20 Dec 2011. Upon realising that the feedback is not forthcoming i phoned the person who advised & promised me a call back, it took 3 other calls from me to dig out a response which changes from being willing to assist to the one that now projected me as a client who was not supposed to phone in the first instance.I given a senseless run around with BMW Customer services becoming unhelpfull and upon demanding to speak to someone in management(intially reffered to a team leader who when i engaged him and demanded explanation on why i was given the impression that i wouldbe assisted he now changed to becoming a manager who cannot help me since my complaint is about a dealership and that he does not interfere in matters about the dealership. At the stage of the engagement ,when i raised the question about his office initially having undertaken to facilitate the matter, he retorted to saying that the Customer servicers person who assisted me was not supposed to do so,a statement that now buffled me and he went to say that he will speak to the person, but mentioned nothing at suggesting how i should deal with the matter. In conclusion,i am still left with tyres that were not according the specification deliverd with the car, having been exposed to a serious safety risk which neither Alberante nor the BMW Customer offered a solution to the matter irrespective of it dire risk and businss intergrity of the brand.i guess to them it does not matter but to me i feel the need to alert other BMW Owners perhaps there is a good number of them out there who are not aware as i initially was.

I have noted your comment man. BMW Customer service is parthetic sometimes. I now hate those even those runflat tyres they use.
