I also submitted a $5 E-rebate online for Jobes Plant Fertilizer Stakes. I also had the receipt transaction code and all information concerning the transaction. Identical issue: The transaction was recognized and I received a Tracking Number- After submittal, I received a "could not honor" post card many weeks later. Reason given - "Ace SKU not found". How can it not find SKU it was an E-Rebate and it recognized it during submission????

Glad it was a small rebate, because now I know NEVER to even consider ANYTHING with an Ace rebate.
