As many have done, I ordered and paid $2.79 for a trial offer of ACAIX3...They say their phone # is listed on the website, but for the life of me, I couldn't find it. 10 days after they hit my account for $2.79, they hit it again for $ 88.55 (you have to agree to this, apparently..READ THE FINE PRINT! to get the trial offer)..for a 30 days supply? I never got the trial sample, and 8 days after they hit my account for $88.55, I received the 30 day supply..No packing list, no phone #. I found a phone number on my bank listing..when I called it, I was referred to another number (this company definitely wants to hide!). Upon reaching the 2nd number (which is 866-951-1393 - if anyone needs it), I was told they would cancel my account...but would not credit my account for the charge, as they sent it, I authorized it by signing up initially, etc. When asked for their address or to speak with a manager, I was told they do not give out the address or city locted in..and a manager would not help. Frustated, I finally hung up without satisfaction. I am out over $90 for a product I now believe does not work. BEWARE!!!!!
