With this Acai Berry Cleanse, They charge you $3.87 for shipping on a product you never receive and tag on .12 Cent for a international charge for what who knows. I was on there website attempting to order there product, but I kept having problems with getting to the next screen was never given a confirmation of an order. then bout a week later I am seeing charges to my account. I call them and talk to them to state I was getting errors but they didn't listen.

They just told me know refunds on their product I was like I never ordered anything, they just said sorry "no refunds" keep in mind I still to this day never received a product in the mail from them.Then they said with there policy I can cancel the account and no other charges would be made to my card. Since I called within 30 days of when ever I accessed there site and supposivly ordered their product. So I took there word that my accout was cancelled and I would not receive any other charges.

This was in May 2010. Then just the other day which now its July 2010 2 months later. I was checking my Checking/Debit Acct with my bank and i see a charge for $1.49 stating from COLOPURECLNZ 877.792.4264 so I called the number and they stated since I did access there webpage in May 2010 they can charge me $1.49 within 60days just to go to their webpage, COME ON REALLY!!!

They said that they can charge this cuz it's policy I was like where does it say this, I told the lady and the lady's supervisor, that no one advised me of this when I called 60 days prior and cancelled everything. They have very poor service and very rude. Which I can say to be honest I did get rude with them, but who wouldn't there are running charges to me and I never authorized them to do so.
