The movers brought my items with 1 driver when they promised to have a professional team move my furniture and items with safety. They had 1 driver show up and he was unable to handle the moving himself. He did not move the bed which i had to upstairs. He flipped my TV stand by pushing the desk 360 motions up a flight of 14 stairs and threw it on the side. When i asked him to mark down damages on the invoice he said in his own words (not Mine) he was a foreigner and did not know how to write correct English when I asked him to note the damages, I then had to tell him how to spell the word damages and other items. he proceeded to tell me to wait for my invoice he would go to the truck, he ran back to his truck and let me without a signed copy of the invoice which he did not wait to check down. I told the sales managers of my concern and she stated she would look into it and never called me back. The whole team disowns you after you sign the contract. they are quick to say your damages are covered but the disregard for my tv and stand will not be covered by .60 a pound.
