1. This doesn't make sense. John Darer complaining about himself. John Darer did not write this.
2. A moron in the structured settlement factoring business who needs to cheat in order to compete is behind this part of an ongoing baseless smear campaign
3. The law suit in question was settled under mutually acceptable terms in February 2012. There were several lawsuits and Darer had case against the other party as well. The party that sued Darer WAS NOT the owner of the company. It's public record. Yet the moron behind this complaint fails to recognize this.
