21st CENTURY COMMUNICATIONS INVESTMENT RIP OFF Navigation: Main page Author: Lady1218 I entered into a written agreement with Clarence Neely the Executive Director of 21st Century Communications also known as Kismedia and Miami seven. For a large cash investment he promised me 25% of the profit for all events that Miami Seven Events did in 2007. At the time Clarence said that he had several events coming in the next few months. He said that I could recoup my initial investment. He said he had concerts lined up and i can make money off my concert investment. Clarence Neely comes in many incarnations. Some of which is Demo Magazine, Miami Seven Events, 21st Century Communications. All of which he uses interchangeably to decieve. In short, Clarence and 21st Century Communications and Miami Seven & kismedia is a fraud . I have come to find out that he has recieved money from many people promising to do shows and never puts on a show, then blames it on the artist or some other circumstance. But he never returns the investors money. Or he gives you $1000 here and $500 there as if that is supposed to appease you when your investment may have been 30, 40 or 50 thousand. Clarence changes his phone numbers on a yearly basis so he cannot be reached or when he no longer can take the calls of mad investors. Stay away from Clarence Neely. Stay away from 21st Century Communications Stay away from Miami Seven Events. Stay away from DEMO Magazine. He does not respect his own signature or any deeds of contract.
