cust svc people handed me from 1 to the other and each refused to tell the other what it was about, all lied to us. First 1 said 3-5 days to get it back, other said 7-10 days, and we never authorized it period, very immoral thieving bastards who do not care that we have no food gas etc. Then she had nerve to tell me to go to library and fax something - how, with no gas and no money - she is the most idiotic excuse for a human being I have ever seen - all should be thrown in jail where they belong. This is pure fraud, especially since that they didnt care that I'll lose my job if the $$ not back by 7am tomorrow. We have no one to borrow from. My income is the only income in this family. They ought to all go to hell. We may lose our home now and they do not give a goddamn.
